Remember the guy on this picture. His name is Paddy Cosgrave. He’s organizing an amazing conference in Dublin called F.ounders. The article at PandoDaily is actually about him (not Davos). He’s one of the forces bringing European start-up / tech scene together in an entirely new manner. Also, it’s nice to see US tech press excited about what’s going on in Europe.

Tech Dispatches from Davos: No Fear Entrepreneurship

Drew Houston has a great singing voice. Around 2:00am last night he serenaded the Davos late night crowd with a rendition of Elton John’s “Rocket Man.” Marissa Mayer and I cheered him on piano side. While I didn’t meet him there, I’m told Mick Jagger was hanging out in the same bar.
